Introduction:The mission of Hobbiton is to treasure craftsmanship in the construction of modern wooden houses. We consider ourselves one of the largest producers of handcrafted log houses in Europe. We began operating in the spring of 1997, and in our years of business, we have supplied more than 450 sets of handcrafted log houses of various sizes.The majority of our houses have been sold to Estonia, Norway, Finland, and France. Our most exotic destinations include Russia, Spain, the United States, and the island of Martinique in the Caribbean.

Introduction: Akso-Haus OÜ produces modular houses since 2004 using unique technology that enables to construct modules at the factory on concrete foundation. That type of houses can be lifted and transported endless times. Akso-Haus OÜ produces modules without foundation as well. Within 15 years Akso-Haus OÜ has produced 100 000m2 of modules. There are 5 factories in use around Harjumaa which gives total approximately 11 500m2 of production area.

Introduction: EstHus is a company dedicated to promoting the construction of wooden houses and the increased use of wood as a renewable natural resource, following the ancient traditions of wood construction but building using modern technology.
We offer our clients timber frame and crossnailed massive wood element (MHM) buildings, with their design and assembly on the site, either a cottage, residential building, apartment building, office building or kindergarten. A good microclimate of the building, good thermal insulation and long-lasting construction are the goals for EstHus.
Our slogan is “Resource wise construction”. For EstHus, this means resource efficiency, from planning, construction, operating or selection of materials to use, consider costs throught the whole life cycle of a building.
